One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited without prior notice.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions are processed in BDT. The minimum deposit is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and wagering requirement completion where applicable.
Bonus Terms Apply

Account Security

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 59bd platform (including the website at 59bd.ws, all associated pages, games and services), you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 59bd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings. 59bd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time by publishing the revised version on this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To register and use 59bd you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with 59bd or any affiliated platform.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information at registration and keep it up to date.
3. Account Registration & Security
Each player may hold only one registered account on 59bd. The creation of multiple accounts by any single player — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 59bd will never ask for your full password via email, telephone or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 59bd support immediately.
Identity Verification (KYC)
59bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.
Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting 59bd support. Available balances net of applicable bonus restrictions will be returned to your verified payment method. 59bd reserves the right to close any account in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these terms or regulatory requirement.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 59bd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on your account.
Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your 59bd wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. 59bd does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their standard transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 59bd reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are reviewed during business hours Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Processing times may vary but 59bd aims to complete verified withdrawals as promptly as reasonably possible.
Refused Transactions
59bd reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
59bd offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.
Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games and time limit for each promotion are published on the respective promotion page. Bonus funds and real-money funds are played separately; real-money funds are used first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through collusion, use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or any other method that 59bd reasonably deems abusive will result in immediate bonus cancellation, withdrawal restriction and possible account closure. Funds derived from such activity may be voided.
Promotion Expiry
Bonus funds that have not been used or wagered within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without notice. 59bd may also withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, provided this does not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 59bd. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
- Using software, bots, scripts or any automated means to interact with games or the platform.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match fixing or coordinated wagering to exploit platform mechanics.
- Attempting to launder funds through the platform or using 59bd in connection with any criminal activity.
- Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your account.
59bd employs a combination of automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited activities. Decisions on account restriction or closure made under this clause are final subject to the internal appeals process described in clause 12.
7. Responsible Gaming
59bd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their activity. These tools are available in your account settings at any time.
Player-Set Limits
Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, loss limits and session time reminders via their account settings. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling may be causing harm may request a temporary time-out (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion by contacting 59bd support. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked, marketing communications will cease and the player will not be able to reopen the account until the exclusion period has expired. Permanent self-exclusion does not expire. 59bd will use reasonable measures to prevent re-registration by a self-excluded player.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 59bd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software and the overall compilation of the platform — is the property of 59bd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, public display or transmission of any platform content is strictly prohibited.
Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights or licence to the content beyond the limited right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes as permitted by these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 59bd, its directors, employees, partners and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service or technical failures.
59bd makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Amendments to Terms
59bd reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where the nature of the change warrants it, we may also notify players via a notice on the platform or by email to the address registered on their account.
Your continued use of 59bd after any revision to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with a revised version of the terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the 59bd platform shall first be submitted to 59bd's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support at [email protected]. 59bd will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties may seek resolution through applicable legal channels. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief.
